Fashion Reverie Talks

“Fashion Reverie Talks” debuted on August 24th, 2020 on FashionReverie.com. The brainchild of the site and it’s Editor-in-Chief is William S. Gooch III. Fashion Reverie Talks is designed as a 30-minute, bi-weekly series, with each edition containing a wrap of the last two weeks’ most talked about fashion news, as well as segments in the wheelhouse of the show’s talented co-hosts, Cicily Daniels (actress), Tijana Ibrahimovic (celebrity style expert), and Carl Ayers (runway regular and managing editor, fashionreverie.com). 

 

Watching “Fashion Reverie Talks” will be the equivalent of a 30-minute class in what’s happening in fashion over last two weeks. The talent of the hosting panel will add perspective to the inside story lines that are already the hallmark of the parent website.  Doing this show will not only provide more content to Fashion Reverie’s devoted audience but serve to attract new fans to the site via a different media stream.

In episode 5 of the second season of Fashion Reverie Talks, it’s men’s week!  Our hosts start out with the fashion news alerts, where Tijana Ibrahimovic talks about the pending release of Lady Gaga’s latest movie, “House of Gucci”, Cicily Daniels shares her perspective on Netflix’s new Western film “The Harder They Fall”,  & Carl Ayers discusses the Telfar X Moose Knuckles brand collaboration.

 

Also in the show, Carl does a Fall 2021 Men’s Watch Round-up, before Fashion Reverie’s Editor in Chief William Gooch joins Tijana to shine more light on 2021 Coat Trends.

Episode 4 is our fall 2021 Shopping episode. Co-hosts Carl Ayers, Cicily Daniels, and Tijana Ibrahimovic give voice to Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing’s, Nordstrom’s collaboration with Dr. Marten’s, & Ryan Gosling becoming a brand ambassador for TAG HEUER.

Tijana Ibrahimovic examined great fall 2021 ladies’ coats with associate editor Phoebe Howard that run the gamut of fall 2021 coats from the fashion disruptor Vivienne Westwood to plus-size brand Eloquii to the more traditional Burberry. 

 

This episode ends with a round table between the co-hosts as they break down fall 2021 fashion collaborations between Stella McCartney and Adidas; Target and Victor Glemaud, Sandy Liang, Nili Lotan, and Rachel Comey, and the iconic Iris Apfel and H&M.

In this third episode of Season 2 of “Fashion Reverie Talks” co-hosts Carl Ayers, Cicily Daniels, and Tijana Ibrahimovic talk about fall 2021 fragrances for both men and women. Special guest Charles Dieujuste talks about his bridal brand, Scorcesa’s fall 2022 collection. And of course there is a lot of fashion news to discuss–Guess’ new Anna Nicole Smith Collection, NFL Champion Tom Brady dip into the fashion pool, and California’s new labor law that benefits garment workers.

 

All segments are infused with deep knowledge, charm, and humor. And as Tijana Ibrahimovic interviews bridal designer Charles Dieujuste you get the feeling that they not only have known each other for some time, but that they are also great friends. TIjana Ibrahimovic also conducts an interview with Fashion Reverie’s feature editor Vivian Kelly about her “New Model Faces: Spring 2022” article. With the usual consistency that is true to fashionreverie.com, our hosts discuss current fashion news, which includes Congresswoman Alexandra Ocasio-Cortez’s controversial 2021 Met Gala gown, Sotheby’s launching its first ever black jewelry designers’ event, and Nicki Minaj’s controversial statements about the Met Gala’s COVID-19 vaccination policy.

This was a special treat and should not be missed by our viewers.
