TheFashionList posted the news of Marisa Butler, the 2021 Miss Earth USA crown holder being named the global Miss Earth 1st Runner Up & in the process receiving the coveted Miss Earth Air 2021 title as well. Marisa receiving a title at the global level marks the 3rd year in a row that the Miss Earth USA crown holder was on the final stage at the globally recognized pageant that requires all its participants to embrace an Earth friendly agenda as a requirement for participation. Last year, Lindsey Coffey, the Miss Earth USA 2020 title holder won the Miss Earth Crown, marking the first time the USA has been granted the top honor.
