Gita Omri is the only designer showing during NYFW that truly embraces the topic of size inclusion. Each of Gita’s looks during her Spring Summer 2023 collection she just showed during NYFW was shown simultaneously on a size 0 & a size 20, each walking the runway side by side.

While the show was indeed thematic, Gita’s preferred message should be to be her growing roster of fans would be not the theme but rather, “Not plus, not minus, just womenswear.”

The audience loved her concept & roared to attention when the show ended following a dramatic 40 model finale promenade.
