ELLE Moda chose their favorite looks of the Fall 2023 Collections and they included a look from VERY New York public relations client Kevan Hall’s runway collection he showed on the 15th of February, 2023. Kevan was inspired by British jazz singer Shirley Bassey & every piece was a smooth & rich as her voice. The piece ELLE chose was a black wool gabardine suit encrusted with crystals to create a take on a woman’s tuxedo that is equal parts luxe, style, & decadence.
