Thalé Blanc, under the creative direction of Deborah Sawaf, was the bag of choice for a recent editorial photo shoot for Pumped Magazine. The Audrey Bag, inspired by fashion & Hollywood legend Audrey Hepburn, pictured here, was the featured bag pulled in by photographer Omi Chowdhury, known for his editorial work at some of the world’s most prestigious fashion publications.

The Audrey Bag was inspired by an architectural detail of Ms. Hepburn’s home in Forte di Marmi, Italy, which Deborah was fortunate enough to be visiting for a few days during a family vacation several years ago.  She had a vision of a bag while in the legend’s home.  She pitched the idea to Audrey’s son, a Sawaf family friend, who gave permission for her to not only use the detail, but to name the bag the “Audrey”.
