Designer Gita Omri has been showing her collections on the runways of NYFW for the past several years. It wasn’t until this season that Gita’s message of incredibly wearable, high quality, comfortable fashion for every woman, regardless of her size, has begun to resonate in the media. This season, her inspiration was her time in the IDF (the Israeli Defense Force), & the results were equal parts function & truly spectacular fashion.

AMNew York, one of the AM’s most read titles, not only attended Gita’s Fall Winter 2024 presentation, they wrote a full feature story one the collection which included heartfelt quotes from several members of the audience, some of whom were moved to tears by Gita’s work.
