Luxury fashion publication The Garnette Report debuted VERY New York public relations client MAX+min in their publication in a great piece entitled “Tiarra Smallwood Introduces ‘MAX+min’ Black Owned Luxury Handbags”.  Designer & founder Tiarra Smallwood was able to explain her mission to dispel the common belief that a Black owned brand can indeed be “luxury”.  Her leather handbag collection that is maximizes style with minimal approach to design has already won the favor of two of America’s most prestigious retailers when the line debuts at Bloomingdale’s & Saks Fifth Avenue for Fall 2021.
